Stripe billing
Self-serve subscriptions in GBP or USD (set at signup based on region). Live: sign up, pick a plan, pay by card. BrainBoxIT Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Outbound webhooks
Professional and Enterprise. Subscribe Slack, Teams, or any HTTPS endpoint to events like inspection.submitted, inspection.failed or permit.approved. Payloads are HMAC-SHA256-signed with a per-subscription secret; SSRF-guarded against private network ranges and cloud metadata endpoints. Configure in Settings → Notifications.

Public REST API
Professional and Enterprise. The same endpoints the dashboard uses, exposed via per-tenant API keys (`X-Api-Key` header). Issue a key in Settings, paste it into Zapier / Make.com / your own script. Pull asset registers, push inspection submissions, integrate with whatever's already in your stack. API reference available on request; public when the first integration partner ships.

CSV import / export
Bulk-import an asset register from a CSV file: asset names, tags, sites, categories, locations and status, plus serial numbers, make and model, safe working loads, key dates, purchase details and custom fields. Export inspections, asset registers, and signed report metadata as CSV, including while your organisation is read-only after a trial or subscription ends. A full per-tenant JSON export is available on request; we run it and send it to you.

Connectors we set up with you.
Bring-your-own SSO is built, tested, and in production today. Self-serve setup isn't in the dashboard yet; we walk you through the connection during onboarding so it's right first time. Xero accounting sync is coming soon and is not yet connected in production.

Microsoft Entra ID (bring-your-own SSO)
Federate sign-in to your existing Microsoft Entra ID tenant via OIDC + PKCE. Hovermarks already enforces MFA on every sign-in via Conditional Access on its own identity tenant; bringing your tenant lets you add your own Conditional Access (device compliance, trusted networks, stricter session policies) on top. Session integrity is verified on every API call via signed JWTs with short expiry. Available on Professional and Enterprise. Talk to sales to enable while the in-app self-serve flow is on the roadmap.

Xero accounting sync
Coming soon. Connect your Xero organisation and Hovermarks will push every issued invoice to Xero with the same invoice number as an idempotency key: no double-entry, no reconciliation work. Not yet connected in production; two-way sync is on the roadmap. Tell us if you want it.

Assisted setup: bring-your-own Microsoft Entra SSO (OIDC + PKCE) on Professional and Enterprise. Talk to sales to enable. Xero accounting sync is coming soon.
On the roadmap: Zapier app, native Power Automate connector, in-app self-serve flows for Entra SSO and Xero, two-way Xero sync, and bespoke connectors for SAP PM, Maximo, and ServiceNow on Enterprise.
